Excellent design, great book! Didn’t know what to expect due to no previous reviews. But this book is great, exactly what I needed to keep track of what I’m eating and all exercises. It’s a great compact book and doesn’t take up lots of space in my handbag! Perfect. Great design! And so much better as its a 12 month book rather than others I looked at only being 3 months. Great product!
